I wanted to drop you a line now that our build is complete to say a huge THANK YOU to you and your team - we are so happy with our new extension!

I admit I was a little bit terrified at the start, but I needn’t have been! You were approachable, responsive and proactive all the way through and any questions or concerns were immediately resolved. Everyone on site was a pleasure to have here and it was always left clean and tidy (as much as a building site can be). I was extremely impressed at the level of organisation I could tell was going on behind the scenes: deliveries perfectly timed around the tradesmen, skips coming and going - there’s so much to think about and you took all that pain away which made it actually pretty stress free! And we came in on budget. I would 100% recommend you to anyone looking to get work done.

A little note of our appreciation for the outstanding work carried out by you and your team during our recent project. From the very beginning, you were quick to reply to an email or text and provided honest feedback regarding what was possible to achieve, cost involved and timescales. It helped us to make those ‘big’ design decisions. As the works progressed, you kept us informed with regular messages. This level of detail and organization made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

Mark, Mark, Stuart, Steve, Ross and Team (including Danny the apprentice), James, Tom and team, the singing plasterers, Simon and roofing team, Magic Dave, Mastic Jack were professional, friendly, considerate, and accommodating. You were great guys to have in our home and we enjoyed making cups of tea (and the bacon sandwiches!). You have a fantastic skilled team who share your attention to detail and can see they clearly enjoy working for you. You addressed issues immediately with clear communication and liaised with Building Control at each critical stage with positive outcomes.

We engaged P Major and Daughters to build a small extension to create a Utility room and for renovations internally to remodel the downstairs of our house. Paul is an excellent Project Manager and his attention to detail is second to none. He has some great guys working for him who were always helpful, careful and respectful as we lived on site throughout the works. The site was always left clean and tidy at the end of each day which we appreciated.

We were very impressed by the professionalism and quality of workmanship. Paul was excellent at communicating throughout the project and we are so happy with the outcome. We contracted Paul to rebuild our chimney after the neighbours spotted that it was cracked through. Paul got his brick guys in and within a couple of days, we had a new stack in place. It’s been a really enjoyable and fascinating experience watching our house being renovated and extended to an exceptional new build standard. I highly recommend Paul and his pre-purchase services. We recently used Paul to help us assess a large build project we were considering. Paul visited the site with us on several occasions and was instrumental in helping us understand the scope of the project and the potential costs involved, allowing us to make a well-informed decision on how to proceed and negotiate confidently. He was very responsive to our many questions and very easy to work with. A big thumbs up for Paul!

Paul and his friendly team have done a great job on our extension and finished on time and pretty much on budget. He is a fantastic manager and whenever we had any queries or weren’t totally happy with something, Paul got things sorted quickly (and he answers emails/texts/phone calls quicker than anyone else we know!).

We stayed on site throughout the build but Paul and his team made sure the disruption was minimal and the site was kept clean and safe. From start to finish, we really appreciated Paul’s honesty and his reliability and he made sure the whole process ran so smoothly.

Paul undertook a large two storey 3 stage extension on our house in 2012.

This involved a two story front extension to form 4th master bedroom, office, utility room and hallway. Plus dormer to front of existing front to form 5th bedroom. Side extension to increase size of existing kitchen plus internal works to open plan kitchen.

Paul was at all times very professional, courteous and hard working. He takes his work very serious and this can be seen in the quality of his workmanship.

He offered useful advice throughout the whole project and his attention to detail was pleasing to see.

He is friendly and reliable and is always honest and upfront if something is not possible or if he believes something is better done a different way.

Because of all of the above Paul made our build a much more pleasurable experience than we had imagined it would have been and with this in mind I would have no reservations in recommending his work to friends and family.

My wife and I employed Paul to extend our kitchen by knocking through into the back of the garage. Paul essentially project managed the build with very little need for input from me or my wife. He dealt with building control and coordinated not only all his subcontractors but also the kitchen fitters (employed by a third party) without fault. My main worry was that while I was at work my wife (and four month old baby) would be left to deal all the normal problem questions that come up during an extension. I am over the moon to say that there were none and that Pauls guys not only were brilliant with my family but also with my neighbours to the extent that some have asked for his contact details for their own builds (no mean feat when you have a skip on a shared drive for a few weeks). Paul was in almost daily contact and fitted the build as much around our schedule as was possible.I would not hesitate to recommend Paul and any work in the future I would give him first refusal without question.Thanks Paul!
